Shannon Pool started her Real Estate career in 2002 in the Bellevue, WA area. A Seattle area native, she moved to Spokane to be near her favorite place in the world: Priest Lake, Idaho. Shannon and her husband Matt have built, constructed and managed over 300+ single family residences throughout the Northwest. With completed developments in Puyallup, Port Orchard, Renton, Federal Way and now Spokane, Shannon knows the ins and outs of new construction and selling homes. She has sold homes ranging from $50,000-$3,000,000 and understands the details involved in protecting her client’s interests and helping them through the entire buying and selling process. She also is an accredited Stager and has furnished and decorated many model homes through the years. A graduate of Washington State University (GO COUGS!) Shannon pursued a career in marketing prior to become a real estate agent. In her 20’s she toted a 50 lb. King Salmon throughout Europe to promote Alaska Seafood, then went on to work in the Marketing Department of Oh Boy! Oberto, a Seattle based sausage company, where she helped design the paint the Oh Boy! Oberto Hydroplane, a Seattle legend. She then ventured in to Real Estate during the boom in the Seattle area during the early 2000’s. After, taking some time off to raise her three children, then losing her mother to breast cancer, Shannon decided to do something that she believed in. Upon moving to Spokane she took a job as the Development Manager for the Eastern Washington Affiliate of Susan G. Komen. Although she has left that position to return to real estate, she remains involved through her volunteer activities. She is a strong advocate for breast cancer research, treatment and education. Shannon and her husband Matt, a Mead High School graduate and Spokane native, live on the South Hill. In her spare time, she loves to relax at her cabin in Priest Lake, read a good book, and travel.
